Justice was the first production line Gear,and as a result all other Gears in the world follow his desires.One day he went mad,and the rest of the Gears consequently followed in his steps,causing a huge war between Gears and Humans. In response,Ky Kiske and the Sacred Order of Holy Knights succesfully sealed Justice away after the long and arduous Crusades had finally ended.Although,5 years later the humanoid Gear known as Testament organized the Guilty Gear tournament to raise Justice from seclusion.Although Justice controlled all Gears subconsciously, Sol Badguy and Dizzy are strangely unaffected.Sol Badguy is not affected due to the fact that he is actually the Gear prototype,hence he came first.Dizzy's reasons are a complete mystery,however.Especially because all other Gears have no will of their own without the existence of Justice...

The source of the Holy War, and the perfected autonomous Gear. As opposed to the survival instinct that may drive normal Gears to meaningless destruction, human-hosted Gears may show reason.
Justice possessed not only knowledge, but also the ability to control those Gears around him, and grant them autonomy; therefore the subject can be said to be the perfect Gear.
As a result of the Holy War, the subject was sealed in the Dimensional Prison, and after revival by breaking the seal, was destroyed by Sol Badguy.
As the subject does not exist any longer, it is not necessary to assign a Risk Rating.
